The objective of this lecture is to provide an overview of currently accepted, evidence-based and/or expert opinion recommendations for the prevention and management of non-carious cervical lesions and dental caries in Contemporary Dentistry. In recent years we have seen a large number of patients with fewer carious lesions and more non-carious lesions due to the contemporary lifestyle we are living. Therefore, we need to pay attention to the patient's diagnosis to promote effective and long-lasting treatment. Prevention is one of the most beautiful ways to perform Dentistry. However, when carious and non-carious lesions are diagnosed, innovative products can be used to achieve a highly professional dental treatment and as a consequence, the well-being of our patients.
